Elliotts is situated on Hayling Island, a short walk from the beach. The holiday caravans are arranged in an unusual cross formation, each having their own garden which can be fenced to contain any little children or a dog.

Due to the layout, caravan sizes are restricted, but this is reflected in the prices and means you can buy a holiday home on the south coast, minutes from the beach, for a very reasonable price.

Elliotts is a social park, popular with people who like people, and some of our customers have owned a caravan for over 30 years!

Park facilities include a club, laundry and football field.

Holiday Caravans For Sale
We usually have a selection of new and used static holiday caravans for sale on the park.
Contact us to arrange a viewing, or just drop in during office hours.
Holiday Homes are fully furnished with all home comforts.
Storage shed integral with plot.

Park Season
The Park is open from 1st March to 31st October.

From £2,304 (including rates, water and VAT).

Holiday Caravans For Hire
We currently have four holiday caravans for hire on weekly and short lets.

Dogs
Are allowed if properly controlled on a lead at all times.

How To Get There
From the A27 take the Havant exit (A3023) to Hayling Island, passing the "Ship" public house on your left and continuing on over the Langstone Harbour bridge, stay on this road until you meet a mini roundabout at the Church Road and Manor Road junction.
Turn left into church Road (Heading South) and continue past the school on your left and the church on your right hand side.
After about a half mile, you will see the small shopping centre of Mengham. Keep going South until you reach the seafront.
Turn left and drive along this road until it takes a sharp left turn.
A small parade of shops will be seen here.
At this junction, you will need to take an immediate right turn into Southwood Road.
Stay on this road for approx 1/2 mile and then take a left turn into Nutbourne Road which has a small convenience store on the corner continue to Haven Road and the Park is on the corner.
