Itchenor Holiday Home Park has been thoughtfully laid out in an old orchard. The boundaries overlook open farmland and offer glimpses of the South downs and the occasional sail on the harbour waters. A resident Manager lives on the Park all year to assist you in the summer and look after your holiday home in the winter. All main services are connected to each holiday home.

Location
Itchenor is a small ancient village close to Chichester Harbour, well known and popular for yachting and boating activities, Boat owners can cruise to Dell quay, Bosham, Hayling Island and all harbours of the Isle of Wight. The surrounding countryside is listed as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and there are miles of sandy beaches at West Wittering. A Country Club with good sport and leisure facilities is within walking distance.

How To Get There
Follow the signs to Chichester.
At Chichester from the A27 on the bypass head south along the A286 following the signs to West Wittering (or The Witterings).
At the Birdham roundabout, take the second exit towards West Wittering.
After 1.5 miles turn right towards Itchenor. This is Shipton Green Lane.
The Park entrance is 400 yards on the right.
